Local Lad Goes to Fort William UCI Mountain Bike World Cup 2017

One of our local riders is heading to Fort William for the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup — and we could not be more proud.

Fort William is one of the most iconic stops on the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup calendar — a brutal, technical downhill track carved into the Scottish Highlands that separates the best from the rest. This year, a local Northern Ireland rider is heading north to take on the hill at the 2017 World Cup, and the whole team at The Bike Zone in Lisburn is right behind him. Getting to a World Cup is no small thing. It takes years of dedication, the right equipment, and a local community that backs you. We are proud to be part of that community, and we cannot wait to hear how he gets on.
